The customer must be a consumer. This is any natural person who enters into a legal
transaction for a purpose which does not relate to their commercial or independent
professional activities.
Scope of
application: The geographical scope is not restricted.
Scope of
warranty:
The warranty covers the purchased product and includes all defects in materials and
workmanship that may impair the function. The warranty is provided by either replacing
the product or parts thereof with an equivalent item or repairing the product at our
discretion. If the replacement or repair is uneconomical in our opinion or not possible for
other reasons, e.g. non-availability of spare parts, we will offer financial compensation
taking the product's prior duration of use into account. The warranty period does not
start again after the warranty service has been fulfilled.
Warranty
exclusion: We do not provide a warranty for damage due to the reasons listed below:
• Unsuitable or improper use, in particular overheating as well as cut and scratch marks
• Improper handling or overuse
• Force of any kind (e.g. dropping, knocks)
• Failure to follow the user and care instructions given in the instructions for use
• Normal wear and tear, especially discolouration
