Lemon quark cream
Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:
250 g
quark
100 g
sugar
1 tbs
vanilla sugar
2
eggs (medium)
2 tbs
lemon juice
2 tsp
Organic lemon zest
Chocolate shavings
Preparation:
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites
of both eggs.
2. Whip the egg yolks together with the
quark, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla
sugar until foamy.
3. Whip the egg whites with the lemon
juice until stiff and fold into the cream.
4. Pour the lemon cream into well-chilled
glasses or dessert bowls and sprinkle
with chocolate shavings. Chill before
serving.
