6. Loosen the screws for the eye-guard. Remove the eye-
guard from the front adjusting ring.
7. Check the O-rings for any signs of damage and replace as
necessary.
8. Attach a new eye-guard to the front adjusting ring.
9. Tighten the screws of the eye-guard (torque: 2 Nm (1.48
lb-ft)).
10. Place the front adjusting ring in the helmet shell.
11. Press the function plate onto the helmet shell and place
the face-guard on the dome of the function plate between
the helmet shell and the front adjusting ring.

12. Tighten the screws on the front adjusting ring (torque: 2
Nm (1.48 lb-ft)).
