6. Release the hook-and-loop fastener from the front support
ring and front adjusting ring and remove the front support
ring.
7. Push the supporting arms of the rear support ring towards
the center of the helmet in the slot holes of the front
adjusting ring.
8. Pull the telescope from the adjusting wheel and remove
the rear support ring.

9. Remove the crown straps along with the shock absorption
pad.
The screws on the front adjusting ring also secure the
function plates and the face-guard. If the screws on the
front adjusting ring are loosened, the function plates and
the face-guard will also be loose.
10. Loosen the screws of the front adjusting ring.
11. Gently press the front adjusting ring towards the center of
the helmet and remove from the helmet shell.
12. Remove the cushioning element from the helmet shell.
