13. Loosen the screws at the rear adjusting ring and remove
the strap mount.
14. Take the rear adjusting ring out of the helmet shell and
remove the clip bracket.
5.2.5.1 Full assembly of internal helmet components
Dräger recommends always replacing the helmet shell and
cushioning element together.
1. Thread the lower section of the clip bracket through the
rear adjusting ring.

2. Position the rear adjusting ring in the helmet shell.
3. Position the strap mount on the rear adjusting ring and
fasten it with the screws (torque: 2 Nm (1.48 lb-ft)).
4. Position the cushioning element in the helmet shell.
5. Insert the front adjusting ring into the helmet shell.
