Installation Instructions - Door Panels - French Door Models
3/4" CUSTOM DECORATIVE PANELS
The custom panel must be 3/4" (1.91cm) thick. Brackets
are included with the refrigerator to provide mounting to
the appliance door.
NOTE: We recommend that decorative panels have
inside corners and edges rounded or beveled by cabinet
maker to avoid sharp edges on the panels. Edges to be
treated should include the top, bottom and hinge side
edges.
NOTE: The back side of the panel is recommended to
be finished. Portions of the back side of the panel will be
visible when the door is open.
NOTE: It is recommended that panels constructed with
rails and stiles (5-panel) have rails that are a minimum of
3" wide and stiles that are a minimum of 4.5" wide.
STEP 1 PANEL PREP
Custom Panels:
1. Verify overall panel dimensions match the dimensions
supplied in Appendix A. Inspect panels for any initial
damage.
2. Templates are provided with the unit to assist in
drilling the pilot holes in the correct locations. An
additional copy of the templates are included in
Appendix B.
3. Follow instructions on
templates for drilling pilot
holes and installing brackets.
Panel brackets are shipped
with the refrigerator in the
convertible drawer.
NOTE: For panels with a
minimum of 3" styles and
rails an extra hole must be
drilled into the top H1 and
J1 brackets after panels are
adjusted to lock down the
panel in its final position.
4. Use #6 phillips head wood screws provided with
refrigerator to install brackets. Do not tighten screws.
5. Install the handles being sure all hardware mounts
below the back surface of the panel.
Stainless Steel Panels:
1. Panel brackets are shipped with the refrigerator in
the convertible drawer. Use the M4 machine screws
provided with the stainless steel panel kit to install
brackets. Do not tighten screws.
2. Install Monogram Statement or Minimalist handles
(sold separately). Follow instructions provided in the
handle kit.

For panels with a minimum of 3" styles and rails an extra
hole must be drilled into the top H1 and J1 brackets after
panels are adjusted to lock down the panel in its final position.
Create pilot hole in panel through newly drilled hole in
bracket before driving screw.

During the installation of J1 and
