STEP 9 FINAL EXTERNAL UNIT
PREPARATION (Cont.)
If installation requires a
limiter pin(s) must be installed
BEFORE the unit is removed from the shipping skid.
Pin is located in the hardware kit.
- Open the door to expose the hole in the back hinge
bracket and install the limiting pin. Pin must be
fully seated in the hinge or the door will not close
properly.

STEP 10 TOE KICK INSTALLATION
Create a custom toe kick or use the stainless steel
toe kick provided with the Single Standard Installation
Kit ZKW36V.
For custom toe kicks, adhere magnet to the back
side of the toe kick. The magnet can be found in the
box of parts that was taped to the side of the unit.
The surface of the toe kick where the magnet is to
be placed must be clean and free of foreign material.
Center magnet vertically and horizontally.
Position toe kick on bottom portion of front access
covers.

Height Determine after product is leveled in
installation space
STEP 11 INTERNAL UNIT
PREPARATION
Remove all tape, cardboard, and foam from each
unit.
Remove boxed door bins from shelves.
Unbox and install door bins.
Install door bin mats.
Install Odor filter and Fresh filter (some models).
