posta sul coperchio. Solo per sorbetto e granita, prodotti che contengono un'alta percentuale di acqua, si può inserire nella macchina una quantità

5) Al raggiungimento del valore impostato il frigorifero si fermerà emettendo un segnale acustico se nel frattempo la densità del gelato scende
sotto un certo valore il frigorifero ripartirà fino a riportare la densità al valore impostato precedentemente. A questo punto con l'agitatore in
movimento, estrarre il gelato automaticamente aprendo il rubinetto di scarico, non tralasciando di aver predisposto un apposito contenitore per
gelato all'uscita.
