  • Page 8 INSTALLAZIONE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION INSTALLATION INSTALACIÓN LUOGO DI INSTALLAZIONE Con l'aiuto di un carrello di portata adeguata (vedi tabella pesi) posizionare la macchina in prossimità del luogo di installazione. Il luogo di installazione deve essere scelto con cura; in particolare: comodo per l' utilizzo, perfettamente in piano (FIG.5), lontano da fonti di calore, ben ventilato, con uno spazio sufficiente per l' aerazione (almeno 10 cm) (FIG.6), facilmente accessibile per la manutenzione.

  • Page 27 Se per qualche motivo si e’ dovuto interrompere il ciclo la macchina dispone di uno speciale dispositivo che scioglie il gelato sulla parete del contenitore in modo tale che al prossimo avvio dell’agitatore questo riesca a partire senza un eccessivo sforzo in modo tale da preservare tutte le parti meccaniche della macchina.
  • Page 28 Il gelato artigianale essendo una miscela di più componenti (latte, zucchero, grassi ecc.) bilanciati in quantità differenti a seconda della zona geografica, del gusto che si vuole ottenere e dell'utilizzo finale del gelato (semifreddo, torta, granita ecc), non ha sempre lo stesso comportamento sia come temperatura che come densità.

Deshalb wurde ein System entwickelt, das die tatsächliche Konsistenz des Eises bestimmt, und zwar durch die Regulierung eines Parameters das sich auch bei verschiedenen äußeren Umständen (Raumtemperaturschwankungen oder Variierungen des Drucks oder der Stromspannung) nie verändert.
