5. Use the TPMS VERSION function described
previously to check the FW version now installed
on the S 1000 (see Fig. 36q).
Upon initial installation of the machine and whenever the TPMS board is replaced, the
board must be registered and activated at the website www.sice.it/infoauto.
Registration entitles the user to free software updates for 12 months. After this period,
a subscription is necessary to update the FW and database.
TMPS REGISTRATION FOR FIRST-TIME INSTALLATION
Connect by PC to www.sice.it/infoauto.
Select DEVICES (Fig. 36r - point a) and then TPMS (Fig. 36r - point b).

Select INSTALL (Fig. 36s - point a).
Enter and confirm the SERIAL ID (Fig. 36t - point a).
Select the device type: "TPM II READER S 1000"
A PASSWORD (Fig. 36t - point b) is generated, which must be used whenever an update is
necessary.
