- Clean and lubricate the upper and lower trolley
guide (Fig. 51c):
Clean with environmentally-friendly solvents and
lubricate with LIPLEX EP 2 lubricant or equivalent.
To carry out every two months.
- Check operation of the stop button (Fig. 51d):
If operating properly, the stop button will appear
on the display.
Otherwise, contact technical assistance.
To carry out every two months.
- Contact the service network to check the belts and rubber pads:
Periodic check by the service network.
To carry out every 7000 wheels
- General machine check, contact the service network:
General periodic check by the service network.
To carry out every year
In the event of a temporary mains power loss with the MOUNTING/DEMOUNTING tool
between the wheel and the tyre, proceed as follows once mains power has been restored:
- Restart the machine
- Press the RESET button on the display
The machine resumes operation normally from
where it was stopped, remembering the position
of the tools and wheel.
In the event of a prolonged electrical power out-
age, the wheel may be released manually by in-
serting an 8 mm diameter steel pin in the relative
hole and turning anticlockwise (see Fig. 52)
