NOTE: If the tyre is particularly soft, the first
bead can be mounted with the mounting tool
positioned on the lower trolley to the side of the
bead breaker disc.
- place the tool in the work position by pulling
out the specific knob (see Fig. 24a - 24b);
- operating the
tool in order to move it near the upper rim edge
(see Fig. 24c);
- manually adjust the tyre so that the upper
shoulder of the rim passes the lower bead and
goes into the well (Fig. 24d);
- keep the section of the tyre with the lower bead
not yet inserted in the rim partially depressed
and press the
until the first bead is completely inserted;
- operate the
tool to the rest position;
- return the lower bead breaker disc to position
using the specific knob (see Fig. 24a).
