The remote control runs on two 1.5V AAA batteries (not included). Make sure the battery poles are the right way round when the
batteries are inserted into the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
If you use the remote control, point it at the infrared receiver (10) or the control panel.

OPERATING MODES

The Vibroshaper has two operating modes to choose from:
a manual mode and an automatic mode. The elastic bands (19) can be used in both
modes. To use them, slip the safety hooks through the openings specially designed for
them on the back of the platform, as shown here.
Manual mode: Here, the user can set the length and tempo of their exercise, so that it's tailored to their needs. When using
manual mode, follow these instructions:
1. Plug the Vibroshaper into a power socket and press the power switch (3) so that it is in the ON position.
2. Press the "ON" button on the control panel (15) or the
