If the oven walls are rough, matt enamel, these
walls are equipped with a catalytic cleaning system.
This process is carried out continuosly during
normal operation and especially in the high
positions of the thermostat and position
switch.
However some splashes may not disappear
immediately, but after a certain time.
If due to the type and concentration of the dirt,
cleaning becomes difficult, carry out a 1/2 hour or 1
hour operation cycle with the oven empty, in the
positions indicated and with the door closed.
Then, and once clean, open the door for a while.
The remains of condiments and similar, can be
cleaned with a soft brush, or rubbing with a dry
cloth.
The possible appearance of marks on the enamels,
does not affect the self-cleaning functions.
Some models have side height settings. Should
you wish to clean these, they are easily dismantled.
In order to dismantle the settings, proceed as
indicated in the following diagram. Once the side
height settings have been removed, the side walls
can then be dismantled as shown in the diagram.
