The contact of the collective fault signal (SSM, potential-free changeover contact) can
be connected to a building automation system. The SSM relay can either switch on only
in case of fault or for faults and warnings. The SSM relay can be used as a normally
closed contact or a normally open contact.

When the pump is without power, the NC contact is closed.

If there is a fault, the contact at NC is open. The converter bridge to NO is closed.
