Faults, causes and remedies
Code Fault
409 Incomplete software
update.
Additional information about causes and remedy:
The pump can work only once the software update has been completed.
410 Voltage analogue input
overloaded.
Additional information about causes and remedy:
The fault impairs the binary inputs. EXT. OFF is set. The pump is stationary.
411 No mains phase
Additional information about causes and remedies:
Operation cannot be maintained. Possible causes:
1. Contact fault on mains connection terminal.
2. Fuse of a mains phase has tripped.
420 Motor or electronic
module defective.
Additional information about causes and remedy:
The pump cannot determine which of the two components is faulty. Contact
service.
421 Control module faulty.
Additional information about causes and remedy:
Contact service.

Display of a warning in 7-segment LED display:
Warnings indicate restricted pump function. The pump continues to operate in re-
stricted mode (emergency operation).
Depending on the cause of the warning, emergency operation leads to a restriction
of the control function and even reactivation of a fixed speed.
If the pump identifies as part of permanent monitoring that the cause of the warn-
ing no longer applies, the warning is revoked and operation resumes.
If a warning message is output, the display is permanently on and the green LED indic-
ator is off.
