5.8 DEMOUNTING TRACTOR AND
O.T.R. WHEELS WITH ONE-PIECE
RIMS
These wheels may be tube-type or
tubeless.
The rim has a slightly conical surface
and a very high rim flange (Fig.41)
which does not allow you to de-
mount the tire by simple pressure as
described in @5.2.
1.
Remove all wheel-weights from the
rim.
Remove the valve stem or core and
deflate the tire.
2.
Place the disc tool next to the rim
edge and bead break the inner
bead as described in @5.2.
3.
Break the outer bead in the same
way, taking care not to damage the
valve stem (Fig.42).
4.
Lubricate both beads and the rim sur-
face (Fig.43).
5.
Place the hook tool between bead
and rim (Fig.44).

Ces roues peuvent être avec ou sans
chambre à air.
La jante a une surface légèrement
conique et a un bord très grand qui
ne permet pas le démontage du
pneu par une simple pression,
comme décrit au #5.2 (Fig.41).
1.
Enlever toutes les masses du bord de
la jante.
Enlever la soupape et dégonfler le
pneu.
2.
Positionner le disque détalonneur
#5.2.3.
3.
Détalonner la partie extérieure de la
même façon, en veillant à ne pas
détériorer la soupape (Fig.42).
4.
Graisser les talons et la surface de la
jante (Fig.43).
5.
Insérer le crochet de l'outil entre le
talon et la jante (Fig.44).

TIEFBETTFELGEN
Diese Räder können mit Schlauch
oder schlauchlos sein. Die Felge weist
eine leicht konische Fläche auf und
hat ein äußerst hohes Felgenhorn,
weshalb die Reifendemontage nicht
durch einfachen Druck erreicht wer-
den kann, wie unter @5.2 beschrie-
ben (Abb.41).

Alle alten Ausgleichsgewichte von
der Felge entfernen. Das Ventil he-
rausnehmen und die Luft aus dem
Reifen lassen.
2.
Die Abdrückscheibe am Felgenrand
ansetzen und die Radinnenseite ab-
drücken wie unter @5.2.3 beschrie-
ben.
3.
Die Außenseite auf gleiche Weise
abdrücken, wobei darauf zu achten
ist, daß das Ventil nicht beschädigt
wird (Abb.42).
4.
Beide Wülste und die Felgenoberflä-
che schmieren (Abb.43).
5.
Den Montagehaken zwischen Wulst
und Felge einhängen (Abb.44).
