MOUNTING
TIRES
ONTO
MULTI-PIECE RIM/WHEEL ASSEM-
BLIES
1.
Roll the tire on the footboard (the
tube and flap must be in place).
NOTE:
O.T.R. TIRES AND RIMS ARE VERY
HEAVY AND AN OUTSIDE LIFTING
TOOL MAY BE REQUIRED.
For tube type only, the valve should
be placed at 12 o'clock, for easier
mounting.
2.
Slide the tire onto the rim with the
footboard or with the bead breaker
disc, if necessary.
3.
Mount all the assembly components.
4.
Engage one edge of the lock ring in
its seat and complete the mounting
process with the bead breaker disc.
In the initial mounting phase hold the
rim edge in its seat with a bar (Fig.40).

5.7 MONTAGE DES ROUES À ALÉ-
SAGE CENTRAL
1.
Positionner le pneu sur le plancher (la
chambre à air et le clapet montés,
s'ils existent).
REMARQUE:
LES PNEUS ET LES JANTES DE GÉNIE CIVIL
SONT NORMALEMENT TRES LOURDS. ON
CONSEILLE DONC L'UTILISATION D'UN
DISPOSITIF DE LEVAGE APPROPRIÉ.
Pour les roues à chambre à air, pour
insérer plus facilement la soupape
dans la fente de la jante, placer la
soupape à 12 heures.
2.
Faire tourner le pneu dans la jante en
déplaçant latéralement le châssis
bras arbre vers l'intérieur et en s'ai-
dant avec le disque détalonneur, si
nécessaire.
3.
Monter les composants mobiles de la
jante.
4.
Engager une extrémité de la bague
élastique dans son logement et ter-
miner le montage à l'aide du disque
détalonneur. Pendant la phase ini-
tiale du montage, retenir l'extrémité
de la bague élastique dans son siège
à l'aide d'un levier (Fig.40).

5.7 MONTAGE VON REIFEN AUF
SPRENGRINGFELGEN
1.
Den Reifen auf die Plattform stellen
(wobei, falls vorhanden, Schlauch
und Flap schon eingesetzt sind).
HINWEIS:
EM-REIFEN UND FELGEN SIND NOR-
MALERWEISE SEHR SCHWER. DESHALB
EMPFIEHLT SICH DER EINSATZ EINES ZU-
SÄTZLICHEN HEBEZEUGS.
Bei Reifen mit Schlauch das Ventil in
12-Uhr-Stellung positionieren, um das
Einsetzen des Ventils in den Schlitz in
der Felge zu erleichtern.
2.
Den Reifen in die Felge schieben, in-
dem die Plattform nach innen verfah-
ren wird und, falls nötig, unter Zuhilfe-
nahme der Abdrückscheibe.
3.
Die beweglichen Teile der Felge
montieren.
4.
Ein Ende des Sprengrings in die Rille
einlegen und die Montage mit Hilfe
der Abdrückscheibe zu Ende führen.
In der Anfangsphase das Sprengrin-
gende mit einem Hebel in der Rille
halten (Abb.40).

RICHTUNG. DAS REIFENFÜL-
LEN DARF NUR IN EINEM

FÜHRT WERDEN.
