Lift the chuck arm to move the hook
tool away from the rim edge (1" or 2-
3 cm).
Move the tool towards the outside to
apply the long tire bar (Fig.45).
7.
Turn the chuck counter-clockwise un-
til the outer bead is completely de-
mounted (Fig.46).
8.
If the tire is tube-type, push the valve
stem towards the inside of the rim.
9.
Lift the toolholder arm to the rest posi-
tion.
Shift the tire from the rim, moving the
chuck arm towards the inside: this will
make it much easier to extract the
tube (Fig.47).
10.
Place the hook tool as in (Fig.48).
The edge of the hook should be
about 2-3 cm (1") away radially from
the rim edge and about 2-3 cm (1")
to the outside.
11.
Put the long tire bar in between the
bead and the rim.
12.
Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise
until the tire is completely de-
mounted.

BAR AND HOLD THE TIRE
WITH BOTH HANDS, IN OR-
DER TO KEEP IT IN A VERTI-

Lever le bras porte-arbre de façon à
éloigner l'outil du bord de la jante (2-
3 cm) (1"). Déplacer l'outil vers l'exté-
rieur de manière à insérer le levier
soulève-talons long (Fig.45).
7.
Tourner l'arbre dans le sens inverse
aux aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce
que le talon extérieur ne soit complè-
tement sorti (Fig.46).
8.
S'il y a la chambre à air, pousser la
soupape à l'intérieur de la jante.
9.
Eloigner le pneu de la jante en dé-
plaçant le bras porte-arbre vers
l'intérieur: de cette façon, il sera plus
aisé d'extraire la chambre à air
(Fig.47).
10.
Positionner le crochet comme le
montre la (Fig.48). La pointe du cro-
chet doit être à 2-3 cm (1") de dis-
tance du bord de la jante et à 2-3
cm (1") environ de l'extérieur.
11.
Insérer le levier soulève-talons long
entre le talon et la jante.
12.
Tourner l'arbre dans le sens contraire
aux aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce
que le pneu soit complètement dé-
monté.

Den Hubarm heben, um das Werk-
zeug vom Felgenhorn freizustellen (2-
3 cm) (1"). Das Werkzeug nach au-
ßen bewegen, sodaß das lange Mon-
tiereisen angesetzt werden kann
(Abb.45).
7.
Das Spannfutter gegen den Uhrzei-
gersinn drehen, bis der äußere Wulst
vollkommen demontiert ist (Abb.46).
8.
Ist ein Schlauch vorhanden, das Ven-
til in die Felge drücken.
9.
Den Werkzeugträger in Ruhestellung
hochziehen. Den Spannfutterarm
nach innen fahren: auf diese Weise
wird das Herausziehen des Luft-
schlauches erleichtert (Abb.47).
10.
Den Montagehaken wie in (Abb.48)
positionieren. Die Spitze des Monta-
gehakens muß nach oben und von
außen jeweils ca. 2-3 cm (1") vom
Felgenhorn entfernt sein.
11.
Das lange Montiereisen zwischen
Wulst und Felge schieben.
12.
Das Spannfutter soweit gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis der Reifen
vollständig demontiert ist.
