Transportation, storage and disposal

S When unpacking the contents of the package, check
that everything is present. When it is unpacked, the
MX809B should be inspected for mechanical damage.
If damage has occurred during transit, the measure­
ment module must not be operated. Keep the original
packaging in case subsequent transportation is nec­
essary. Any shipping damage caused by inadequate
packaging is excluded from the warranty.
S Store the MX809B somewhere dry and enclosed. If
the MX809B has been transported at extreme temper­
atures, you should wait for at least 2 hours to allow
the device to acclimatize, before switching it on.
S In accordance with national and local environmental
protection, material recovery and recycling regula­
tions, old measurement modules that can no longer
be used must be disposed of separately and not with
normal household waste.
