DANGER
If the thermocouple is not used as intended, the protec­
tion provided by the thermocouple may be impaired.
DANGER
The ITC-K1000 is intended solely for use on a QuantumX
MX809B. Failure to comply with the documentation for
the MX809B may cause the protection provided by the
thermocouple to be impaired.
DANGER
If the ITC-K1000 thermocouple is used outside the
ratings, the protection provided by the thermocouple may
be impaired.
DANGER
Outside of the measurement categories acc. to EN
61010 (not connected to the supply network, formerly:
CAT I) the ITC-K1000 is only approved for a maximum
voltage to ground potential of 1000 V DC or 1000 V AC
rms if the following requirements are met:
S An analysis has been performed of the working
voltage, loop impedance, occasional overvoltage and
transient overvoltages of the (potential) circuit to be
contacted.
S The results of the analysis fall within the allowable
values according to the data sheet.
