► RÉGLAGE DE LA BUTÉE BASSE DU RAYONNEUR
Le réglage de la butée basse s'effectue en modifiant la course du vérin.
Le vérin est équipé d'un tube avec contreécrou (C) qui permet de régler
la position basse.
Si on fait varier la cote (A) en desserrant ou resserrant le tube +
contreécrou (C), on modifie la hauteur du disque par rapport au sol.
- En augmentant la distance (A), la hauteur (B) se lève.
- En réduisant la distance (A), la hauteur (B) descend.
Pour effectuer le réglage de la course, il est nécessaire que le rayonneur
soit replié et que le circuit hydraulique ne soit plus en pression.
Il est interdit de modifier la course de la bielle, ne jamais
effectuer de réglage au niveau des rotules (D). Cet ajustement est
effectué d'usine.
Sécurité au transport :
Afin de limiter les risques lors du transport de la machine, un
crochet de verrouillage mécanique permet de bloquer le rayonneur
en position replié.
Lors du transport, vérifier que le crochet est en position (E).
Lors du semis, déverrouiller le crochet pour pouvoir actionner le
rayonneur (F).
► REGULACIÓN DEL TOPE BAJO DEL TRAZADOR
La regulación del tope se efectúa modificando la carrera del cilindro.
El cilindro va equipado con un tubo con contratuerca (C) que permite
regular la posición baja.
Si se varía la cota (A) apretando o aflojando el tubo + contratuerca (C),
se modifica la altura del disco respecto al suelo.
- Aumentando la distancia (A), la altura (B) aumenta.
- Reduciendo la distancia (A), la altura (B) desciende.
Para efectuar la regulación de la carrera, es necesario que el trazador
esté plegado y que el circuito hidráulico deje de estar bajo presión.
Está prohibido modificar la carrera de la biela; no efectuar
nunca la regulación en las rótulas (D). Este ajuste se realiza en
fábrica.
Seguridad durante el transporte:
Con el fin de limitar los riesgos durante el transporte de la máquina,
un gancho de bloqueo mecánico permite bloquear el trazador en
posición plegada.
Durante el transporte, verificar que el gancho está en la posición
(E).
Durante la siembra, desbloquear el gancho para poder accionar el
trazador (F).
► ADJUSTING THE LOWER STOP POSITION OF THE FURROWER
The lower stop position is adjusted by changing the cylinder stroke.
The cylinder is fitted with a tube with a locknut (C) which allows the lower
position to be set.
If you change measurement (A) by unscrewing or tightening the tube +
locknut (C), you change the height of the disk in relation to the ground.
- By increasing the distance (A), the height (B) increases.
- By reducing the distance (A), the height (B) reduces.
To adjust the stroke, the furrower must be folded and the hydraulic circuit
must no longer be under pressure.
It is forbidden to modify the stroke of the rod, never carry
out adjustment at the level of the ball-and-socket joints (D). This
adjustment is performed at the factory.
Transportation safety:
In order to reduce risk when transporting the machine, a mechanical
catch allows the furrower to be locked in the folded position.
When transporting, check that the catch is in position (E).
When sowing, unlock the catch to allow you to operate the furrower
(F).
► REGOLAZIONE DELL'ARRESTO BASSO DELL'ASSOLCATORE
La regolazione dell'arresto basso si effettua modificando la corsa del
martinetto.
Il martinetto è dotato di un tubo con controdado (C) che consente di
regolare la posizione bassa.
Se si fa variare il valore (A) allentando o stringendo il tubo + controdado
(C), si modifica l'altezza del disco rispetto a terra.
- Aumentando la distanza (A), l'altezza (B) si alza.
- Riducendo la distanza (A), l'altezza (B) scende.
Per effettuare la regolazione della corsa, l'assolcatore deve essere
piegato e il circuito idraulico non deve essere più in pressione.
È vietato modificare la corsa della biella, non effettuare mai
una regolazione all'altezza degli snodi (D). Questo aggiustamento
è effettuato in stabilimento.
Sicurezza durante il trasporto:
Per limitare i rischi durante il trasporto della macchina, un gancio di
blocco meccanico consente di bloccare l'assolcatore in posizione
piegata.
Durante il trasporto, controllare che il gancio sia in posizione (E).
Durante la semina, sbloccare il gancio per poter azionare
l'assolcatore (F).
