EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
1. We recommend to drink 1 glass of mineral water before exercise.
2. Connect the mains cable to the device.
3. Position yourself on the appliance as explained later on.
4. Press the start button, to start the exercise.
5. Never exceed the maximum exercise time of 20 minutes.
6. We recommend to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, each with at least 1 day rest in between.
Exercise aims
Exercising with the Skandika Home Vibration Plate 800 is ideal for tightening up tissue, loosing
tensions or adherences of fascia, for toning muscles and endurance training and beyond that suita-
ble for weight loss programs. The effective and time and space-saving exercise allows quick results.
However, exercise should be done on a regular base - not too long or intensive, but more often and
well dosed.
While exercising with the vibration plate, the vibrations of the device will be transferred to the human
body. This causes a contraction and expansion of the muscles and the involved musculoskeletal sys-
tem. The deep-lying muscles (like e.g. pelvic base muscles and back muscles) will also be activated.
The exercise with the vibration plate causes much less muscle burden than e.g. an exercise with free
weights and is therefore suitable for humans of almost every age and fitness grade.
If there should be health problems, a physician should be consulted before starting to exercise. He can
support you to find a suitable training programme and he can judge, if an exercise with the vibration
plate is uncritical for you.
