EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
General remarks
The following exercises are examples. Select some of the exercises for each training session and
use a low or a higher vibration intensity according to your fitness grade (e.g. beginner or advanced).
The shown exercise are by far not complete. There are many hundred possibilities to exercise with a
vibration plate. You can look at professional literature or consult a professional trainier or a doctor to
find out about more exercise possibilities. We wish you a lot of fun and variation with your vibration
plate!

Exercise 1: Arm-Stretch
This easy exercise originated in the theory of meditation
helps to concentrate on your body and find inner peace - it is
ideal for getting started with vibration training.
Sit tailor-fashion on the vibrating plate and raise both
arms over your head. Breathe in and put your hand palms
together. Then breathe out and open your arms sideways.
Exercise slowly and focused - repeat 5 times.
Good for: Pelvic base, buttocks, upper legs, nape, arms,
shoulders and upper back.
Exercise 2: Sit tailor-fashion
This is a variation of the above described „Arm-Stretch".
Sit tailor-fashion on the vibrating plate and keep your hands
still, e.g. lay them on your knees. Slowly breathe in and out.
Hold this position for approx. 1 minute.
Good for: Pelvic base, buttocks, upper legs, lower back.
