1 General Informations / Usage Instructions
1.1 General Informations
This counter-current swimming unit (counter-current unit) complies with the state of the art.
It was manufactured with great care and is subjected to regular quality checks. It has been
inspected by the German Technical Inspectorate and provided with the TÜV-GS (safety
standard) mark.
This operating manual contains important instructions for safe, correct and economical
operation of the unit. Strict compliance is necessary to prevent hazards and to ensure a
long service life of the unit. Compliance with local regulations - also on the part of installa-
tion personnel - is the responsibility of the operator, and is not taken into account in these
operating instructions.
The rating plate states the series and size, the main operating data and the works number
of the unit. Please quote these specifications if any additional information is required or
when placing subsequent orders, particularly of spare parts.
1.2 Usage Instructions
The counter-current unit was solely designed for use in private swimming pools. Its instal-
lation in public swimming pools is therefore not permitted. The entire system, or parts the-
reof, are not suitable for use in other systems. We expressly point out that this unit may
only be employed for its intended purpose. Operation of the counter-current unit outside
the value ranges stated in the technical data (3.1) is not permitted. In case of doubt, please
contact your nearest customer service centre or the manufacturer.
