Maintenance and Repair
7.1
General
Attention:
Work may only be performed on the unit when the pump is empty and the con-
trol unit and pump motor have been disconnected from the mains electrical
supply and secured against reconnection.
7.2
Maintenance
•
The counter-current unit itself is almost completely maintenance-free.
•
Ensure that all parts of the unit are kept clean.
•
All seals on the motor axle must be inspected at regular intervals (at least annually) by
a qualified technician. If necessary, these must be replaced by original seals.
7.3
Repair
•
When performing any repair work on the unit always observe the instructions for instal-
lation and start-up contained in this manual.
•
Only use original spare parts for replacement when performing repair work on the unit.

Spare parts
The following spare parts list contains all components of the counter-current unit. When or-
dering spare parts always state the pump number and the order number of the part(s) from
this list.
