Troubleshooting
Attention:
Accident prevention regulations stipulate that only qualified personnel are au-
thorised to perform repair work on and modifications to the unit. If this is not ob-
served, there is risk of accidents and injury to the user.
The malfunctions contained in the table are the most common causes of incorrect opera-
tion. If the described measures do not remedy the fault, the consulted technician must lo-
cate the cause in each case.
Malfunction
1. Pump is very loud and out-
put low

Remedy
Exchange poles in the terminal box and
reverse the direction of rotation
Secure fan cover correctly
Check electrical supply lines and fuses
Fit slow-blow fuse with correct rating
Set correct current + 10% (see table)
First check if the pump can be activated
from switchgear cabinet. Remedy the pro-
blem in accordance with sections 4 and 5
Shorten tube if possible
Blow out switching tube from pool
Unscrew and rinse the air valve during
operation. Replace if necessary.
Note: The air valve must be above water
level
