Kleben Sie die obere Querruder-Beplankung mit Weißleim auf die
Fläche auf. Beschwerden Sie die Beplankung bis zum Durchtrock-
nen des Klebers und achten Sie auf eine exakt gerade Endkante
des Querruders.
Glue the upper aileron sheeting onto the surface with white glue.
Weigh down the sheeting while the glue dries and make sure that
the trailing edge of the aileron is exactly straight.

Halten Sie den Randbogen an dem Flügel (die abgeflachte Stelle
des Randbogens weist nach hinten, zur Endleiste) und markieren Sie
sich, wo die Vertiefung für den CKF-Holm auf der Unterseite einge-
feilt werden muss. Die Holzknoten stehen leicht über die Rippe R23
und sollen in den Randbogen eingreifen. Beachten Sie deswegen,
dass der Randbogen nicht nur näher an die Fläche kommt, son-
dern dass sich aufgrund der schräg gestellten letzten Rippe auch
die Position verändert. Feilen Sie die untere Vertiefung mit einer
Flachfeil in den Randbogen. Wenn die Vertiefung erstellt wurde,
drücken Sie den Randbogen feste an die letzte Rippe. Hierbei
werden die Überstände der zwei Knoten in den Randbogen einge-
drückt. Wenn alles gut zueinander passt, können Sie den Randbo-
gen mit der Fläche verkleben. Für die Verklebung vom Randbogen
mit Rippe R23 und dem Holm verwenden Sie Epoxid-Kleber. Bis zum
Aushärten des Klebers beschweren Sie den Randbogen und die
Fläche mit Gewichten, damit dieser zusammen mit der Fläche plan
auf dem Baubrett aufliegt.

Separate a wing tip from the balsa sheet and sand the edges
smooth. Hold the edge bow on the wing (the flattened part of the
edge bow points to the rear, towards the trailing edge) and mark
where the recess for the CKF spar must be filed on the underside.
The wooden knots are slightly above the rib R23 and should enga-
ge in the edge arch. Therefore, note that the edge curve not only
comes closer to the surface, but that the position also changes due
to the inclined last rib. Sand a channel for the spar with a flat file or
sanding block. Cut slots in the edge of the wing tip to correspond
with the ply tabs which are sticking out of R23. Glue the tip to R23
and weigh down on the building board to ensure the tip stays level
with the wing. When dry the lower spar can be glued with thin
superglue.
Tenez le saumon sur l'aile (la partie aplatie du saumon est dirigée
vers l'arrière, vers la lame finale) et marquez l'endroit où le creux
pour le montant carbone doit être limé sur la face inférieure. Les
nœuds en bois dépassent légèrement la nervure R23 et doivent
s'engager dans l'arc de bord. Notez donc que l'arc de bord ne
se rapproche pas seulement de la surface, mais que sa position
change également en raison de la dernière nervure inclinée. Limez
le creux inférieur avec une lime plate dans l'arc de bord. Une
fois le creux créé, appuyez fermement l'arc de bordure contre
la dernière nervure. Pour ce faire, les saillies des deux nœuds sont
enfoncées dans l'arc de bordure. Lorsque tout est bien ajusté,
vous pouvez coller l'arc de bord à la surface. Pour le collage de
l'arc de bord avec la nervure R23 et le longeron, utilisez de la colle
époxy. Jusqu'au durcissement de la colle, lestez l'arc de bord et la
surface avec des poids afin qu'ils reposent à plat sur la planche de
construction.
