later when re uniting with the correct wing panel.

Zeichnen Sie zwei parallele Linien, jeweils mit einem Abstand von 1
mm entfernt von der eingelaserten Linie auf das Querruder.
Trennen Sie mit einer Dekupier- oder Laubsäge das Querruder
entlang der gelasterten Linie mit einem senkrechten Schnitt gegen-
über der Flügelunterseite / dem Baubrett ab.
Gehen Sie hier vorsichtig vor, um das Brechen von Teilen zu verhin-
dern!
TIPP: Schnittkante mit scharfem Messer und Lineal vorritzen.
On the underside of the wing draw two parallel lines on the aileron,
1 mm either side of the lasered line.
Using a scroll saw or fretsaw, cut the aileron off along the lasered
line with a vertical cut through both sheets and the ribs. Keep che-
cking above and below to make sure the cut is straight.
Proceed carefully here to prevent parts from breaking!
TIP: Pre-score the cut edge with a sharp knife and ruler.
Tracez deux lignes parallèles sur l'aileron, chacune à 1 mm de la
ligne gravée au laser.
A l'aide d'une scie à chantourner, découper l'aileron le long de la
ligne tracée en faisant une coupe verticale par rapport au-dessous
de l'aile / à la planche de construction.
Procédez ici avec précaution afin d'éviter de casser des pièces !
CONSEIL: Pré-tailler l'arête de coupe avec un couteau bien
aiguisé et une règle.

Schleifen Sie das abgetrennte Querruder und die Fläche jeweils bis
zu der von Ihnen eingezeichneten Line zurück. Achten Sie hierbei
darauf, dass eine exakt gerade Scharnierlinie auf der Oberseite
entsteht und beide Tragflächenseiten exakt gleich werden.
Legen Sie die Oberseite des Querruders auf eine harte Unterlage
mit einer scharfen Kante, entlang der Sie die V-Form in das Quer-
ruder und die Fläche schleifen können. Verwenden Sie hierzu eine
Schleiflatte. Die Scharnierlinie ist auf der Flächenoberseite und es
soll ein Ruderausschlag von ca. 30° nach unten möglich sein, also
jeweils 15° an der Fläche und dem Ruder.
Kleben Sie das Querruder mit ein paar Streifen Klebeband an die
Tragfläche und kontrollieren Sie den Ruderausschlag und den Spalt
zwischen Fläche und Ruder. Arbeiten Sie eventuell nach.
Sand the separated aileron and the wing panel back to the line
you have drawn. Make sure that the hinge line is exactly straight on
the top and that both sides of the wing are exactly the same.
Place the top of the aileron and wing on a hard surface with a
sharp edge along the edge. Sand the V shape into the aileron and
wing. Use a sanding block for this. The hinge line is on the upper sur-
face and the aileron deflection needs to be approx. 30 ° i.e. sand a
15 ° angle on the wing trailing edge and the aileron leading edge.
Stick the aileron to the wing with a few strips of tape and check the
aileron deflection and the gap between the wing and the aileron.
Adjust if necessary.
Poncez l'aileron et l'aile séparés jusqu'à la ligne que vous avez tra-
cée. Veillez à ce que la ligne de charnière soit exactement droite
sur l'extrados et que les deux côtés de l'aile soient exactement
identiques. Posez l'extrados de l'aileron sur une surface dure avec
un bord tranchant le long duquel vous pourrez poncer le V dans
l'aileron et la surface. Utilisez à cet effet une plaque de ponçage.
La ligne de charnière se trouve sur le dessus de la surface et il doit
être possible d'obtenir un débattement du gouvernail d'environ
30° vers le bas, soit 15° sur la surface et 15° sur le gouvernail.
Collez l'aileron sur l'aile avec quelques bandes de ruban adhésif et
contrôlez le débattement de la gouverne et l'espace entre l'aile et
la gouverne. Travaillez éventuellement après.
