8. Warranty and service
We offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship of
the product.
The warranty does not apply
• for damages caused by improper operation
• for parts subject to wear and tear
• in case of defects which were already known to the customer at the
time of purchase
• in case of the customer's own fault
The warranty does not affect the customer's statutory warranty claims.
In order to make a warranty claim within the warranty period, the customer
must present proof of purchase.
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The
customer can assert his rights against Novidion GmbH, Fuggerstr. 30, 51149
Cologne, Germany. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is enti-
tled to have the goods repaired by us or by workshops authorized by us.
The customer has no further rights under the warranty.
