Air consumption of pneumatic appliances / directions for use
Not the electric motor power but the produced air volume (actual power) is decisive for the compressor power. Actual power =
suction power minus app. 35-40% of the power (for each compressors, regardless of the manufacturer). Do not choose too small
compressor power in order not to load it up to the upper limit and to have some reserve for the attached appliances. The air jet size
(capacity in litres) may not be decisive. However, capacity, on the other hand, should not be too small to ensure there is air supply
and the compressor could also cover higher needs in the short term.
If provisions of the generally applicable regulations and these Operating Instructions are not adhered to, the manufacturer cannot be
held liable for any damage.

The above-mentioned values are just of orientation nature as they may differ for appliances of various manufacturers. Works with
higher air requirement may also conditionally be performed with compressors with a lower suction power than the requirement given in
the table. If pressure is reduced in the air jet under the necessary operating pressure, however, an appropriate break must be
introduced after the air jet is pressurised again. In order not to load the compressor when being operated by more than can be
tolerated, we recommend taking into account some power reserve when selecting the right appliance.
