Use as designated
The compressors specified in the Operating Instructions
have only been designed to produce compressed air
within 10 bar. The appropriate area of use can be found
in "Consumption of air of pneumatic appliances/instructions
for use". The compressors are not suitable for continuous
operation or, more precisely, unlimited industrial
operation.

used for industrial purposes must be inspected by an
expert in accordance with the operating safety regulation
and then are subject to regular inspections by an expert.
The compressor must not be installed to a vehicle
without being inspected by an expert!
The compressor must be checked by an expert at regular
intervals if installed in a room without its position being
changed!
The compressor may only be operated with connections
fitted with a safety switch against stray current (FI) 30
mA.
Caution! The compressor may only be used with
appropriate wheels and rubber buffers.
Check the oil level before putting the appliance into
operation for the first time and every time the appliance
is then to be used (see the information in the "Oil filler
neck and oil level check" Chapter)
Never put the compressor into or out of operation using
the plug. Press the pressure switch so that relief can be
activated.
The compressor does not get relieved even in case of
short-term power outage and can therefore be a source
of risk.
Caution! When installed to automatic devices,
appropriate alarm or safety equipment must be installed
in case of power outage or wrong function or compressor
failure
(e.g. feeding lines, etc.)
Never hold the air current in body outlets as this could
lead to fatal injuries!
Caution! The pneumatic hose may hit you when the
quick-acting coupling is opened! – Hold the pneumatic
hose.
At the end of a working day, the compressor must always
be switched off by ON/OFF, air jet emptied and
unplugged. Never let the compressor plugged over night

fitted properly; if such protective equipment must be
removed to provide maintenance or repair, they must be
refitted before the compressor is put into operation
again.
3
Protective glasses and ear-protectors must be worn
