CRUSHING HAZARD:
Some parts of the machine, such as the head,
arms, legs, the bead breakers and turntable
move by themselves.
Keep hands and all body parts away from
moving parts of the machine.

Avoid unintended machine movement or failure. Use only original MONDOLFO tools
and equipment.
7.1. PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Check that there is a pressure of at least 8 bar on the Filter Regulator pressure gauge.
If the pressure is lower, the operation of some automatic procedures is not guaranteed.
After the correct pressure has been restored, the machine will function properly.
Check that the machine has been adequately connected to the power mains.
7.2. DECIDING FROM WHICH SIDE
OF THE WHEEL THE TYRE MUST BE
DEMOUNTED
See Fig. 13. Find the position of rim well A on the wheel
rim. Find the largest width B and the smallest width C.
The tyre must be mounted and demounted with the
wheel on the turntable with the smallest width side
C facing upwards.
