10.4. Klafs Evaporator EL2: Removing/installing the inlet
valve
Caution!
Before starting maintenance work, decommission the Klafs Evaporator EL2 and make
sure that it cannot be switched on again.

Removing the inlet valve
1.
Pull the wire (1) off the inlet valve.

The polarity of the wires is irrelevant.
2.
Release the hose clamp (2) and pull off the hose.
3.
Unscrew the union nut (3) on the water connection tube and remove the connection tube.
4.
Unscrew the two fastening screws (4) with a suitable screwdriver and remove the inlet valve.
Installing the inlet valve
1.
Install the inlet valve in the reverse order.

Only tighten the union nut on the water connection tube by hand.
