11.1 Alarms on the display
When a fault occurs:
• The RESET LED comes on
• If enabled, local and remote audible alarms are activated
• A pop-up screen appears on the display, showing the alarm code and description:

GEM, GEMJ – Fire-fighting Pump Set
Press RESET to reset the alarm: if the alarm cannot be reset it means that the fault that
caused it is still present.

Mains voltage below the P05.01 limit

Mains frequency above the P05.04 limit
Mains voltage asymmetry above the P05.05 limit
Phase missing
Incorrect phase sequence
• Motor not started with a current 10% higher than the rated current,
within the times defined in menu M05, or
• Input programmed using the "Pump pressure switch" function not closed
Motor current higher than the 500% of the rated current for more than 5
seconds
The pump is running empty; measured power factor below the P05.13 limit
The motor current is below the P05.06 limit
Motor current above the P05.07 limit
Maximum current asymmetry limit set in P05.14 exceeded
Current 5% higher than the rated current detected
One or more current transformers are not connected correctly, negative active
power is measured; check the connections of terminals 57, 58, 59 and 60
Internal error, contact Xylem or the Authorised Distributor
The temperature of the pump room is below the P04.02 limit for a time
longer than set in P04.03
The pump room temperature is above the P04.04 limit for a time longer than
set in P04.05
Insufficient water level in the priming tank
Start the pump
"Pump pressure switch" function not active, with motor started, for 1 minute
"Pump pressure switch" function active, with motor started, for 1 minute
