10.2 Maintenance schedule
This paragraph provides information for the maintenance of the pump set.
Also refer to the instructions in the manuals of the following devices:
• Control panel and control display
• Electric pump
• Optional accessories.
WARNING:
Follow the instructions issued by the installer for the maintenance of the system and the
installation room.
DANGER:
Maintenance operations marked with an asterisk *) are comparable to normal operation and
must therefore be performed with the pump set running.

Operations
Check:
• The connection to the ground
• That there are no leaks
Check the operation
Check:
• The pressure on the pressure gauges *)
• The position of the on-off valves
• The starting pressure, as soon as the pump starts
• That there are no leaks
• Check the level of the motor bearing grease (only for bearings requiring
regular lubrication)
• Check the direction of rotation
• Perform an automatic start test; see paragraph 8.6.4

• The connection to the ground
• Fuses
Check the integrity and tightness

• The pressure
• The flow rate
