Solutions
1. Open the on-off valves
2. Fill the piping system and the pump with water
Check the piping system connections and bleed
the pump
Check the NPSH; correct the system as necessary
Clean the valve
Remove the clogging
Check the direction of rotation and change if
necessary
Replace the mechanical seal
Ensure independent piping system support
Increase the NPSH available in the system
Contact Xylem or the Authorised Distributor
Check the check valve
Check the installation
Remove the clogging
Complete a pressure test and check the tightness
of the connections, joints and piping system
Remove the clogging
Replace the foot valve
Fully open the valves
