The machine should be thoroughly cleaned down to
remove all accumulations of grass clippings and
debris.

Drain oil from hydraulic tank by removing drain plug.
Clean plug and replace. Replace hydraulic oil filter
canister (see below) and refill tank with Shell Tellus
46 hydraulic oil to correct level. Capacity
approximately 41 litres (9 Imp.gals) (10.8 US gals)
NOTE: Absolute cleanliness must be observed when
filling the hydraulic tank.

The filter canister should be removed and discarded.
Replace with a new one before refilling hydraulic
tank. Run the machine and recheck level of oil in the
tank, top up if necessary with Shell Tellus 46.

Thoroughly clean the diverter valves and latching
mechanisms and oil the spools and all exposed
parts to prevent rusting.

If any problems are experienced with the hydraulic
system service ports are provided to enable
pressures to be checked.
These service ports are situated below the seat on
the left hand side of the machine.

1. Transmission pressure forward: 210 bar
(3045psi)
2. Transmission pressure reverse: 210 bar
(3045psi). Minimum 16bar (230psi)
3. Charge pressure engine speed 1400rpm:
7.5 - 12.25 bar (110 - 180 psi)
Charge pressure engine speed 2950rpm:
10.2 - 14.3 bar (150 - 210 psi). Maximum
19bar (280psi)
4. Cutting cylinder drive pressure: 170 bar
(2500psi)
5. Lift counter balance 17 - 28.5 bar
(250 - 420psi)
NOTE: Any servicing of the hydraulic system must
be carried out by a trained service person.
