Inflating
Attention!
• Must be inflated by an adult .
• Do not inflate the product beyond the speci-
fied height .
• Only fill with air .
• Do not inflate by mouth, as this may cause
dizziness .
• Inflate the product with the included air
pump .
1 . Pull the handle (1a) of the air pump (1) all the
way out and remove the inflating needle (1b)
from the handle (Fig . A and B) .
2 . Attach the inflating needle to the air pump
(Fig . C) .
3 . Moisten the inflating needle and insert it into
the valve (2a) of the product (Fig . E) .
4 . Hold the air pump as shown in Figure E and
inflate the product until the top of the product
is flat and firm .
Note: Never inflate the product more than
6 .5cm high . Be sure you cannot feel the
surface when sitting on the product .
5 . Remove the inflating needle from the air
pump and put it back into the handle .
Deflating
Insert the inflating needle (1b) into the valve
(2a) and push out the air as shown in Figure D .
Exercise notices
The following exercises are only a selection of
many . For additional exercises please refer to
the respective technical literature .
• Do not exercise if you are sick or do not feel
well .
• If possible, have a physical therapist show
you how to perform the exercises correctly
before performing them for the first time .
• Only perform the exercises as long as you
are feeling well, or as long as you are able to
perform it correctly .
• Wear comfortable sportswear and trainers .
• Rest adequately between exercises and drink
plenty of water .

General exercise plan
Create an exercise plan tailored to your needs
with sets of 6-8 exercises .
Remember the following basic rules:
• A set should have approx . 15 reps of an
exercise .
• You can repeat each set 3 times .
• Always take 30 second brakes between sets .
• Warm the various muscle groups up well
before every workout .
• We further recommend stretching after your
workout .
Warm up
Allow adequate time to warm up before exercis-
ing . Below you will find some simple warm-up
exercises . Repeat the respective exercises 2 to
3 times .
Warming up the neck
1 . Slowly turn your head to the left and to the
right .
2 . Repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times .
3 . Then slowly rotate your head, first to one
side, then the other .
Warming up the arms and
shoulders
1 . Rotate both arms forward .
2 . After one minute change directions .
3 . Then draw your shoulders up toward your
ears and drop your shoulders .
4 . Rotate your arms forward, alternating the
right and left, and after about 1 minute
rotate your arms backwards .
Important: Don't forget to continue
breathing calmly!
Warming up the legs
1 . Stand on one leg and raise the other leg
approx . 20 cm off the ground wit the knee
bent .
2 . First rotate the raised foot in one direction,
then switch directions after a few seconds .
