The belt is out of position
➥ Check the belt and adjust.
Mechanical parts are not turning freely and are preventing the motor from running
➥ Check that all rotating parts are turning freely.
Circuit board faulty
➥ Replace.
The switch (3-4 fi g.7) is broken.
➥ Replace.
A circuit board fuse has blown
➥ Replace and check the cause.
Faulty contact in a circuit board high voltage power cable plug or socket
➥ Disconnect the high voltage plug and connect the cables one at a time, in order to
discover the faulty contact.
The overload cutout trips
➥ Check for short circuits on the machine or motor electric systems.
Check the available kW and the requested kW by reducing the speed of the machine.
Switch faulty.
Faulty diode on feeder circuit board.
