6 Work and safety instructions
6.1 General remarks

Heavy training device!
Frequent lifting and carrying can cause back pain
•
Avoid lifting and carrying the device frequently
• Only lift the device by the carrying handles
•
If necessary, transport the device with the help of a second person
Falling payload
Falling payload can lead to severe impact or crushing injuries
•
Keep away from the action area of the robot
•
Ensure that the payload is securely fixed.
•
Make sure that no unevenness or barriers can cause the robot to tip over.
•
Trainees may only work with the Robotino 4.0 mobile robot system under the
supervision of a trainer.
•
Observe the specifications included in the technical data for the individual
components, and in particular all the safety instructions!
•
The Robotino 4.0 mobile robot system may only be packed after it has been completely
shut down.
•
Wear personal safety equipment (safety goggles, safety shoes) when working on
circuits.
