16 Maintenance and cleaning
The Robotino 4.0 mobile robot system is maintenance-free. Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth for cleaning
without any abrasive, chemical or solvent-containing cleaning agents.
Please note the following with regard to the battery packs:
•
Keep the terminals of the battery pack clean.
• Do not block the vent holes on the battery pack, otherwise functioning will be impaired.
•
If the battery pack is no longer working, contact an authorized Festool service center.

18 Disposal

Electronic waste contains reusable materials and must not be disposed of in the household
waste. Bring electronic waste to a designated municipal collection point.
Used or defective battery packs must be discharged and protected against short-circuiting
(e.g., by insulating the terminals with adhesive tape) prior to recycling. Follow your
country's regulations.
