4 Warranty and liability
Our "general terms and conditions of sale and delivery" are always applicable. These are made available to
the operating company no later than upon conclusion of the sales contract.
Warranty and liability claims resulting from personal injury and/or property damage are excluded if they can
be traced back to one or more of the following causes:
• Improper use of the Robotino 4.0mobile robot system.
•
Incorrect installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Robotino 4.0 mobile robot
system.
•
Operation of the Robotino 4.0 mobile robot system with defective safety devices or incorrectly mounted
or non-functional safety and protective equipment.
•
Failure to observe the instructions in the operating manual regarding the transport, storage,
installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and set-up of the Robotino 4.0 mobile robot
system.
•
Unauthorized design changes to the Robotino 4.0 mobile robot system.
•
Inadequate monitoring of robot components that are subject to wear.
•
Disasters resulting from the influence of foreign bodies and acts of God.
