3 Intended use
All components and systems included in the Festo Didactic learning system for automation technology may
only be used:
•
For its intended purpose in teaching and training applications
•
When its safety functions are in perfect condition
The components and systems are designed in accordance with the latest technology and recognized safety
rules. However, life and limb of the user and third parties may be endangered, and the system may be
impaired if they are used incorrectly.
The training company and/or trainers must ensure that all apprentices observe the safety precautions
described in these operating instructions.
Festo Didactic hereby excludes all liability for damage suffered by the trainee, the training company and/or
any other third parties which occur during use of the components and systems in situations which serve any
purpose other than training and/or vocational education, unless Festo Didactic has caused this damage
wilfully or through gross negligence.
