6.2 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE (ADDRESSED TO QUALIFIED PERSONNEL)

6.2.1 REFRIGERATION PLANT

In case of machine with water-cooled condenser it is necessary to run off the water
present in the condenser if temperature is expected to fall beneath 0° C. Disconnect the
water inlet pipes after the delivery of water has been interrupted by means of the cut-off
cock. Remove the right side panel to reach the condensing water drain plug and open it
until water is completely run off. Screw the plug again and replace the panel.
