Si l’on désire fonctionner avec une seule cuve, le fonctionnement est identique à celui de la PEB 60. Si l’on désire fonctionner avec deux cuves, l’on devra procéder de la façon suivante : 1.

  • Page 80 Taste Wasser-Abgabehahn Diese Taste besitzt zwei Funktionen: 1. durch Drücken wird Wasser zum Waschen in den Abgabehahn geleitet. Die Ausgabe erfolgt so lange, wie die Taste gedrückt bleibt. wenn Taste leuchtet, Programmierung Heiztemperatur in Betrieb oder die Ruhezeit. Beim Drücken der Taste wird der nummerische Wert vermindert, der auf dem Display erscheint.
  • Page 81 Durch Drücken der Taste HALBAUTOMATIK leuchten die Tasten Wasser-Abgabehahn und die STOP Taste auf und bleiben erleuchtet; dies zeigt an, dass das Tastenfeld zur Programmierung bereit ist. Auf dem nummerischen Display wird der Wert der Heiztemperatur angezeigt, der beim letzten HALBAUTOMATIK-Zyklus programmiert war. Wenn dieser Wert vom Bediener als richtig für die Erfordernisse der Mischung angesehen wird, braucht man nur die STOP Taste zur Bestätigung des Wertes zu drücken und dann erfolgt auch die Programmierung automatisch.
  • Page 82 Um das Akustiksignal abzuschalten, muß man die Taste HOHE PASTEURISIERUNG drücken. Erreichen 85°C beginnt Abkühlzyklus Erreichen Konservierungstemperatur von 4°C der Mischung. Bei Beendigung der Kühlphase beginnt die Konservierungsphase. Taste “NIEDRIGE PASTEURISIERUNG" Durch Drücken Taste wird Rührwerkmotor, Heizwiderstand und die Glykolpumpe angeschaltet, bis 65°C erreicht sind, die auf dem Display angezeigt werden.

Bei Erreichen der 85°C zeigt ein Akustiksignal von einer Minute dem Bediener an, dass er die festen Fette einfüllen kann, damit diese bei der genannten Temperatur schmelzen. Wenn die 85°C erreicht sind, beginnt der Kühlzyklus bis auf 4°C.

    5.2.2 FUNKTION PEB 2X60 Die Maschine ist mit zwei Mikroprozessoren und zwei Tastenfeldern ausgestattet, jedes einzelne für jeden einzelnen Behälter. Wenn man nur einen Behälter einsetzen möchte, entspricht dies der PEB 60 Funktion. Wenn man mit zwei Behältern arbeiten möchte, muß man wie folgt vorgehen: 1.

    Vorschriften überein und erleichtern die Reinigung, können jedoch nicht die Bildung von Schimmel durch unzureichende Säuberung verhindern.
