PATIENT SLINGS (FIGURE 1)
WARNING
Invacare standing and transport slings are
specifically designed to be used in conjunction with
the Invacare Stand Up Lift. Slings and accessories
designed by other manufacturers or other Invac-
are slings are not to be utilized as a component of
Invacare's stand up lift system. Use of these prod-
ucts is prohibited and will void Invacare's stand up
lift warranty. Use only genuine Invacare standing
and transport slings and lift accessories to main-
tain patient safety and product utility. Use the sling
that is recommended by the individual's doctor,
nurse or medical assistant for the comfort and safety
of the individual being lifted.
Read sling label for compatible lift usage BEFORE
using ANY sling/Stand Up Lift combination.
Bleached, torn, cut, frayed, or broken slings are un-
safe and could result in injury. Discard Immediately.
DO NOT alter slings.
Standing (Model R130) and Transport (Model R134)
attach to the lift with color coded straps. The color
coded straps allow for adjustment.
Standing (Model R130) and Transport (Model R134)
slings are constructed of durable materials which re-
sist deterioration from exposure to moisture or laun-
dering.
NOTE: Laundering should always be done with dark
colors. Refer to tagged washing instructions on the
sling.
Standing Sling - Model R130
WARNING
Individuals that use the Standing Sling (Model R130)
MUST be able to support the majority of their own
weight, otherwise injury can occur.
Standing slings assist individuals that can support the
majority of their own weight in a standing position. Multiple
hook up points adjust to body sizes.

Transport Sling - Model R134
DO NOT raise the patient to a full standing position
while using the transport sling (model R134), other-
wise injury can occur.
Transport slings transfer fully dependant individuals in a
seated position. Transport slings hook under the patient's
legs and support their torso. Multiple hook up points adjust
to body sizes.
