Inspection Prior to Re-use

• Before every application of the instruments, check them for fractures, cracks,
deformation, damage and proper function.
Worn, corroded, deformed, porous or otherwise damaged instruments must be

disposed of.

Disposal

Frequent reprocessing has little effect on the surgical instruments. Product lifetime is usually
determined by wear and instrument damage during use. After the product lifetime of the
instruments, the instruments must be correctly disposed of or fed into a recycling system.
Observe all national regulations and disposal guidelines!
