If the chemicals and machines described above are not available, the user is responsible for
validatation of the process used.
5.5
Material Durability
Make sure that the cleaning or disinfection agent does not comprise any of the following
substances:
Organic acids, mineral acids, oxidizing acids (lowest allowable pH value 5.5)

Strong lye (highest allowable pH value 12)
•
Organic solvents (e.g. acetone, ether, alcohol, gasoline)
•
Oxidants (e.g. peroxides)
•
Halogens (chloride, iodine, bromine)
•
Aromatized and/or halogenized hydrocarbons
•
