6.7.6 inserting and removing blades

To insert the shaver blade into the Micro handpiece, align the blade locking pin with the
handpiece locking slot (face up or face down, depending on user preference) and push in until
an audible "click" is heard .
To remove the blade, use your thumb to rotate the blade locking ring to the left, then pull .

6.7.7 remote hand Control (ref. 283551)

Connect the device to the port on the front of the pump marked with the Remote Hand
Control icon . Figure 16 shows the Remote Hand Control .
run/stOp button
Press to activate the system in RUN mode.
Press again to deactivate the system in STOP mode .
pressure buttons
Press the minus (-) symbol to decrease the pre-set
pressure .
Press the plus (+) symbol to increase the pre-set
pressure .
blOOdstOp™ button
Press to start a cycle of increasing pressure and
flow that clears blood and debris from the field of
view .
flOw+ button
Press to increase the amount of flow . In the default
mode, press and hold this button to increase flow .
shaver suCtiOn buttons
Press to increase (+) or decrease (-) the level of
suction through the shaver .
shaver speed buttons
Press the (+) symbol to increase the shaver speed .
Press the (-) symbol to decrease the shaver speed .
